For the past 48 hours i literally ate whatever i wanted. Normally i'm the type of person who would be concerned but his was not the case. I had cranberry juice, almond breeze milk, an apple, cereal, flautas, bunny graham crackers, rice w/ gandules, and organic milk. I had a small portion of each. i had a sip of the cranberry juice because there was barely anything in there. I had like 1/4 of a cup of almond breeze milk. each serving is 60 calories so i probably had about 20-30 calories. I had the whole apple. as for the cereal i had one small serving. I had two flautas my aunt made but im pretty sure it had at least 200 calories or maybe even 300. That was terrible. The bunny graham crackers was one serving and it was 100 calories. arroz con gandules i had was at least 200 calories as well. Organic milk is 90 calories and i had about a 1/4 of a cup as well. Break fast one of the days was cereal then i had an apple, lunch was organic milk, snack was cookies, and rice for dinner. The next day i had almond breeze milk for breakfast, and cranberry juice with the flautas for dinner. I try to rarely have Mexican food now. therefore, the flautas and arroz con gandules was good but not as good as i expected it to be since i'm not used to it anymore. however the apple was very delicious. I love apples!. cranberry juice is my favorite so it was appetizing as well. I'm not a big fan of milk which is why i didn't have much of it. But i accompanied it with some cookies. I know those meals weren't the best choices i made but the only thing i did make the right choice about was the apple. I guess i picked my food based on what i wanted to have. As for the Mexican dishes i only had them because my aunt from Chicago made it and i didn't want to be rude. I'm not going to complain and i feel good about what i ate. But next time i will most definitely think twice before i eat.
